- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract top talent to Flipkart
- Utilize social media platforms and online job boards for recruitment advertising
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Stay updated on best practices in HR recruitment and human resource management
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external partners
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Represent Flipkart at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences
