As an HR Recruiter at Flipkart, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Job Description

- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen and interview potential candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Create and update job descriptions
- Manage job postings on various platforms
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Responsible for onboarding new hires into the organization.
