As an HR Recruiter at Evoke HR, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers with potential candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate recruiting metrics, staying up to date on trends in recruitment and employment law, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. Job Description

- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Utilize online job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system to accurately track candidate progress
- Assist with orientation and onboarding process for new hires
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Support HR team with special projects and initiatives as needed.
