Job Description

- Utilize Advance Excel skills to analyze and track recruitment metrics
- Communicate effectively with candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Write engaging job descriptions and recruitment content to attract top talent
- Provide excellent customer assistance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with HR team on recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Conduct interviews and screen candidates effectively
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source and identify qualified candidates
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure recruitment needs are met
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Stay updated on latest HR trends and best practices in recruitment
