The HR Recruiter at Achievers Organisation will be responsible for attracting and sourcing top talent to join our team. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. The HR Recruiter will also be involved in building relationships with potential candidates through networking and attending job fairs. Additionally, this role will require assisting in onboarding new hires and maintaining a database of qualified candidates for future opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for finding the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.
Job Description

- Utilize sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for various positions within the organization
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment sources
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices and strategies.
