- Implement effective sourcing strategies and techniques to identify qualified candidates
- Utilize advance Excel skills to track and analyze recruitment metrics
- Screen and interview potential candidates to determine qualifications and fit for roles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Generate leads for potential candidates through networking and online platforms
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Contribute to the overall success of the HR team by meeting recruitment goals and objectives.
