Job Description

- Conducting end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screening resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Providing timely updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Utilizing ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
