As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. As an HR Executive, you will provide support to the HR department in various functions, including employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and policy development. You will also assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs to support employee engagement and retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and assisting with compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Description

- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in the selection process by providing feedback and recommendations
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Update and maintain HR databases and employee records
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
