Job Description
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them
- Monitor and track training progress and attendance
- Provide coaching and support to supervisors and trainers
- Manage training budget and resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to training and development
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
