Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end Recruitment activities and selection process.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with various recruitment consultancy firms for recruitment, and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to track and evaluate employee performance and provide regular feedback to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, tax and company policies related to employment practices.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee’s payroll.
- Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and introducing new perks and benefits for employees and foster a positive work culture.
- Will be responsible for office administration.
