Job Description

1.Recruitment and selection. 2.Payroll Managaement. 3.Advise management on all matters that involve conflict between employees. 4.Perform general administrative duties for the HR Office which may include filing. 5.Work to improve communication, cooperation and planning in the HR Office. 6.Work with management on the staff evaluation process, receive and file evaluations from department supervisors. 7.Assist in the development of HR, IR and ER labour protocols, operating procedures and handbooks. 8.Maintain and follow HR policies, regulations and procedures related to the function, rights and responsibilities of all staff. 9.Ensure that all staff members are aware of the IR and ER protocols and regulations, and that employees have access to the relevant handbooks when needed.
