The HR Manager/Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the textile, civil, or pharma industry. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives. Additionally, they will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention. The HR Manager/Executive will also be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals and ensuring their continued development and success within the organization. Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plans and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee the performance management system and provide guidance to managers on performance reviews and feedback
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary benchmarking and bonus structures
- Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with senior management to address organizational development and change management initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving retention rates
- Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
