The HR position at Steel Works is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Job Description

- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for all positions within the company
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and training programs
- Manage employee relations and address any grievances or conflicts that arise
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits and payroll processing
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with management and department heads to address staffing needs and develop career paths for employees
- Recommend and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to effectively support the workforce
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open communication and resolve issues efficiently.
