Job Description
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
- Coordinate employee relations activities, such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Conduct regular employee evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS system
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives to improve overall employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
