The HR at our Recruitment team will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the recruitment industry, developing innovative strategies to drive growth and profitability, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This individual will lead a team of recruiters to meet targets and deliver exceptional service to clients while continuously assessing market trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve. Job Description

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
- Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
