As an HR at Flipkart Seller, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources for the seller team. Your duties will include recruitment, onboarding, and training new employees, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations. Job Description

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Flipkart seller team
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for various roles
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR related matters
- Handle employee relations issues and conflicts
- Coordinate with training and development team to organize training programs
