Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee employee relations, benefits, performance management, and training programs
- Conduct regular meetings with managers to discuss HR issues and provide guidance
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Handle employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover and retention rates
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
