Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiate the recruitment process from sourcing to screening resumes
- Schedule and conduct technical assessments and interviews
- Execute the employee onboarding process
- Maintenance and Updation of personnel files
- HR operational activities – Payroll, PF, ESIC
- Assist HR team with employee engagement activities
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
- Minimum Graduate in Human Resource Management Studies/BMS
- Experience – 6months to 1 year
Language and IT proficiency
- English, Hindi Marathi
- MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT)hum
