Vardaan HR Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The HR Executive will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance to employees on various HR-related matters. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in human resources. Job Description

- Responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement programs - Handling employee relations issues and ensuring positive work environment - Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments - Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees - Leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent to the organization - Collaborating with management to address HR-related concerns and strategic planning - Keeping abreast of HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness - Supporting employees with HR policies, procedures, and benefits inquiries - Coordinating training and development opportunities for staff members - Participating in HR meetings and assisting with special projects as needed.
