Job Description
- Responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes for all new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
- Maintain employee records and handle all HR-related documentation
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on employee development
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR needs
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness
