As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions within the company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with previous HR experience, is required for this role.
Job Description

- Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
- Assist with the administration of benefits and compensation programs
- Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with management to create a positive and productive work environment.
