Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
