Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
