Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
