Books of DISHA are available across the country. In the last 20 years DISHA has provided learning and assessment solutions to lacs of students, thousands of teachers, hundreds of schools across the country in the diverse space of class 1 to international exams like GRE/GMAT.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Take charge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
· Strong understanding of compliances like PF, ESIC, Min wages, labour laws etc
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum 1 year of exp in HR profile
- Graduate, Any Specialization. MBA preferred.
- Self motivated & able to complete task independently.
Salary: Upto 25,000 per month
