In the last 20 years DISHA has provided learning and assessment solutions to lacs of students, thousands of teachers, hundreds of schools across the country in the diverse space of class 1 to international exams like GRE/GMAT.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Take charge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
· Strong understanding of compliances like PF, ESIC, Min wages, labour laws etc
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum 1 year of exp in HR profile
- Graduate, Any Specialization. MBA preferred.
- Self motivated & able to complete task independently.
Salary: Upto 25,000 per month
