The HR Executive at Achiever Organisation will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. This role will also involve collaborating with department heads to ensure organizational goals are achieved through effective HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to upholding company values. A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant work experience, is required for this position. The HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of Achiever Organisation.
Job Description

- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates for recruitment purposes
- Use HR knowledge to effectively screen and evaluate potential candidates
- Generate leads for recruitment through various channels
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills to effectively oversee recruitment process
- Serve as a team leader, providing guidance and support to HR team
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members
- Collaborate with management to identify and meet HR needs of the organization
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in HR practices
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
- Contribute to a positive work environment and culture within the organization.
