The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices. This role will also involve collaborating with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. The HR Executive must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in addressing employee needs and concerns. A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
Job Description

- Manage recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
- Administer benefits and compensation programs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
