Job Description
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure proper staffing levels and training for Food and Beverage and Restaurant Managers
- Collaborate with senior management to strategize on workforce planning and succession management
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and concerns
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, recommending action plans for improvement
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and Hospitality management
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving organizational growth.
