Job Description
- Support the HR department in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and procedures
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Help with organizing and planning company events and initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support department goals
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
