Siddhi HR solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced House Manager to oversee all aspects of household management for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff, managing household budgets, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall smooth running of the household. The House Manager will also be responsible for organizing events, overseeing the care of pets, and coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a proactive and hands-on approach to their work. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Job Description

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeeping staff
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and mentor new housekeeping employees
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
- Communicate with clients to address any specific needs or concerns
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of cleaning services
- Maintain records of cleaning tasks and employee performance
- Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
