- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of daily activities and events for guests
- Monitor guest behavior and noise levels to ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere
- Handle any emergencies or security incidents that may occur during your shift
- Work closely with other staff members to coordinate tasks and responsibilities
- Keep records of guest reservations, payments, and any incidents that occur on the property
