Job Description
- Leading and overseeing all horticulture operations at Orris Group
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the properties
- Ensuring proper maintenance of all plants, trees, and landscaping features
- Supervising a team of gardeners and landscape contractors
- Managing the budget for horticulture projects and ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues affecting plant health
- Collaborating with the property management team to create seasonal displays and themes
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in horticulture
- Providing training and support to team members to ensure high-quality work
- Resolving any customer complaints or concerns related to landscaping or horticulture issues.
