The HR Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process for the organization, ensuring that the company has a strong team of skilled and motivated employees. The HR Manager works closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions, as well as with external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards. Additionally, this role involves overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and maintaining a positive employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and selection, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Job Description

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure successful candidate placements
- Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for positions
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Implement innovative practices to improve recruitment and retention efforts
