Job Description
- Develop and manage a portfolio of holiday packages for various destinations
- Negotiate and secure contracts with hotels, airlines, and other service providers
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitiveness
- Create marketing strategies to promote holiday packages and increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their travel experience
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive package sales and meet revenue targets
- Analyze data and KPIs to make informed decisions and improvements to packages
- Stay up-to-date on travel industry regulations and best practices
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of holiday packages
- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to holiday packages
