A-One Job Consultancy is seeking a motivated Helper 2 to join our team. The Helper 2 will assist with various tasks such as organizing files, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. This role requires good communication skills as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. The Helper 2 will also be expected to handle basic administrative duties and provide support to other team members as needed. Job Description

- Assist clients with job applications and resume preparation
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Assist with scheduling interviews and appointments
- Maintain and update client records
- Coordinate with employers to schedule interviews
- Provide follow-up support to clients post-interview
- Assist in organizing job fairs and events
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Support the team in any other administrative tasks as needed
