As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill healthcare positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and create job descriptions. Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals seeking new employment opportunities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and match them with suitable healthcare positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to provide them with personalized career guidance and support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for healthcare roles
- Utilize various recruitment strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent
- Coordinate the interview process and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages to secure successful placements
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to better serve candidates and clients
- Uphold ethical recruitment practices and maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
