Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
- Lead initiatives to build brand awareness and strengthen the company's market presence.
- Create and implement effective campaigns to generate leads for IT products/services.
- Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Craft a compelling brand story that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster collaboration across departments to align marketing efforts with sales and product teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the IT landscape.
- Leverage analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, media, and industry influencers.
- Manage PR activities to position the company as an industry thought leader.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of content creators, digital marketers, and designers. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing department.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure team members stay updated on industry trends.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and in the IT/Tech services sector in large to medium enterprises.
