Techlink Infoware Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Hardware and Networking professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and networking issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems. This role will involve setting up and maintaining hardware components, installing and configuring software, and ensuring network security measures are in place. The successful candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role and industry certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable. Job Description

- Design, install, configure, and maintain hardware systems and networking infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support new technologies
- Monitor network performance and security to proactively identify and address vulnerabilities
- Provide technical support to end users and assist with training on hardware and network systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of hardware and networking configurations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hardware and networking systems
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) is a plus
