About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity by creating compelling designs that engage and inspire our audience. You’ll leverage your creativity and technical skills to deliver high-quality visuals across multiple platforms, from social media and newsletters to website assets and marketing collateral.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative professional who thrives in a fast- paced environment and is passionate about bringing ideas to life through impactful design.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high- quality standards.
- Provide design support for ad hoc sales & marketing needs as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall design strategy.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Desired Candidature
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic designing
- Proficiency in relevant tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
ADD-ONS (WILL BE A PLUS)
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and animations
- Prior experience in a similar industry or sector.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
Budget: CTC: 4Lpa - 7Lpa plus benefits
