Job Description
- Create visually compelling graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital content.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices.
- Use various design tools and software to produce innovative and eye-catching designs.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
- Design and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and email templates.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
- Edit and enhance photographs and other visual elements as required.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Adapt designs based on feedback and iterate until the desired outcome is achieved.
- Maintain organized files and archives of design assets and project files.
- Assist in the development and execution of branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Create and design print materials such as business cards, posters, and event signage.
- Coordinate with external printers and vendors to ensure the production quality of printed materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and creative solutions.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
