Job Description
  1. Create visually compelling graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital content.
  2. Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with the company’s branding guidelines. 
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
  4. Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices.
  5. Use various design tools and software to produce innovative and eye-catching designs.
  6. Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
  7. Design and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and email templates. 
  8. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
  9. Edit and enhance photographs and other visual elements as required.
  10. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  11. Adapt designs based on feedback and iterate until the desired outcome is achieved.
  12. Maintain organized files and archives of design assets and project files.
  13. Assist in the development and execution of branding initiatives and campaigns.
  14. Create and design print materials such as business cards, posters, and event signage.
  15. Coordinate with external printers and vendors to ensure the production quality of printed materials. 
  16. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
  2. 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  4. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and creative solutions.
  5. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  8. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
