Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Go programming with overall 8 years of experience in backend development. Strong understanding of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms. Experience with Go frameworks and tools such as Beego or similar. Proficient in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
