Job Description
Job Title: General Manager - Marketing Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the company's growth through effective marketing strategies. The General Manager of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, identifying and targeting new markets, managing the company's brand, and overseeing the marketing budget. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals. Identify and target new markets and opportunities for growth. Oversee the company's branding, messaging, and advertising efforts. Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and other advertising initiatives. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning, and execution. Experience in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and other advertising initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Experience in market research and analysis. Experience managing a marketing budget. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred Job Location: Vadodara CTC Range: Upto 7.5 LPA
