Job Description

- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the placement agency
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and administrative staff
- Set and achieve recruitment targets and goals
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
