Job Description
- Implement and configure the Dynamics 365 CRM Marketing module to meet client requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices in CRM Marketing, including campaign management, lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and email marketing.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to train clients on how to effectively utilize the CRM Marketing module.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the development team to customize and enhance the CRM Marketing module as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in CRM Marketing to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Assist sales teams in scoping
