- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM functionalities
- Develop and maintain work orders, service agreements, and service scheduling
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize utilization of the CRM system
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the Field Service module
- Customize and extend the CRM system to meet specific business needs
- Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure smooth integration of the CRM system with other applications
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and best practices
- Analyze and document business processes, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with CRM functionalities
