The Front Office Trainer at TATA will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of front office staff. This role will involve assessing training needs, developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program. The Front Office Trainer will work closely with front office managers to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in training and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of front office procedures and best practices.
Job Description

- Responsible for training front office staff on company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills
- Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure staff retention of training materials
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist with onboarding new front office employees and provide ongoing training support
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in front office management
- Work with human resources to coordinate training schedules and resources
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in training sessions and interactions with staff.
