Shanthi Kunnj is seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Supervisor / Exec to oversee the front desk operations at our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of front office staff, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, handling guest inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk area. The Front Office Supervisor / Exec will also assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Job Description

- Supervise and manage the Front Office team
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Train, mentor, and motivate Front Office staff
- Assist with staff scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist with resolving any technical difficulties related to Front Office systems and equipment
