Job Description

- Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party
- Handling front office operations and ensuring smooth flow of daily activities
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized
- Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient communication
- Addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and polite manner
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
