As a Front Office Executive at Lime Tree Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and efficient front desk experience for our guests. Duties include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and inquiries, handling reservations, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, assisting with administrative tasks, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that our guests have a memorable stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality.
Job Description

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
- Manage guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Keep track of room availability and rates
- Process payments and update guest accounts
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
