Job Description
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors as they arrive at the hospital
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Register patients and collect necessary information for admission
- Schedule appointments and maintain the hospital's appointment calendar
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes
- Provide information about hospital services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrative team to provide excellent patient care experience.
