Key Responsibilities: 1) Conduct regular visits to franchise outlets to monitor adherence to SOPs and operational standards. 2) Perform audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. 3) Ensure the effective rollout of new SOPs and processes as guided by the Training and Operations teams. 4) Provide hands-on support and training to franchise staff to enhance operational efficiency. 5) Act as the primary point of contact for franchise owners regarding operational issues and complaints. 6) Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring franchisee satisfaction. 7) Analyze operational challenges faced by franchise owners and provide actionable solutions. Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field. 2) Minimum 1 year of experience in franchise operations, or a similar role. 3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
