We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Court Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the food court at Cosmo Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of food service employees, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The Food Court Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role. Job Description

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food court at Cosmo Mall
- Manage a team of food service staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure that all food court vendors comply with mall policies and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with mall management and vendors to plan and execute marketing and promotional events
- Conduct regular inspections of the food court to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Keep updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Track financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
